2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You provide unboxing video proof, clearly showing the issue (mandatory for broken/missing items).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, wallet, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Used products

  • Products without unboxing proof

  • Wrong orders placed by customers

  • Accessories without defects
